Holta Invest AS has today sold 1,228,502 shares in Gentian Diagnostics ASA and holds after this transaction no longer any shares in Gentian Diagnostics ASA.

Consequently, Holta Invest AS has passed the 5% threshold pursuant to Section 4-2 (1) of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
