Oslo Børs – Resolution of transfer of listing from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs – Gentian Diagnostics ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Gentian Diagnostics ASA to listing
on Oslo Børs.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
must satisfy the listing requirements on Oslo Børs.

The President and CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later
than 22 August 2021.
