Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Gentian Diagnostics ASA (the
"Company") on 29 November 2021 regarding a share issue in connection with an
employee share purchase program (ESPP), by issuance of *10,461 new shares in the
Company at a subscription price of NOK 54.49 per new share. The share capital
increase pertaining to the ESPP is now registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK
1,542,235.0 divided on 15,422,350 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
