Viola AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rasmussengruppen AS, acquired 150,000 shares in Gentian Diagnostics ASA (the "Company") on 14 December 2023 with settlement on 18 December 2023.
As a result of the transaction, companies wholly-owned by Rasmussengruppen AS increased their consolidated holding of shares in the Company from 705,916 to 855,916 shares, equal to an increase from approximately 4.58% to approximately 5.55% of the votes and shares in the Company. The shares are held by Viola AS (320,916 shares), Portia AS (300,000 shares) and Cressida AS (235,000).
The above mentioned companies have no other rights to shares issued by the Company.
